Knowledge Units (Citable Atomic Claims)

Purpose: Every factual claim that appears on mechanism pages, entity cards or relationship lists is extracted here as a reusable, self-contained Knowledge Unit (KU). Each KU carries its own source_ids, type classification and can be referenced independently.

Format of a KU:

  • ID (stable, e.g. KU-KE-01)
  • Claim (one sentence, factual or clearly marked analytical)
  • Source_ids
  • Type (Primary / Secondary academic / Secondary investigative / Secondary analytical / Meta)
  • Appears on (pages that use it)
  • Last reviewed

KUs are the atomic building blocks for citation export and progressive disclosure.

Categories

  1. Kleptocratic Extraction

  3. Hybrid Statecraft
  4. Authoritarian Patronage
  5. Core Persons & Institutions
